Olivier Landreville

A renowned designer, versatile and prolific, Olivier Landreville has worked extensively in theatre and television, with further experience in opera and circus. Known for his creative intelligence and integrity, he offers audiences inspired set designs, always working in the service of the artistic production at hand.

For almost 30 years, he designed scenography with some of the most prominent companies in Montreal. Olivier Landreville has also been noted for his design on the operas Carmen, Faust, and La Bohème (Opéra de Montréal), and on the circus productions Alice in Wonderland (Moscow Music Theatre), The Circus Princess (The 7 Fingers/Moscow Music Theatre), 1001 nights, the last chapter (The 7 Fingers, Sharjha UAE), and Saoudi Arabia, 2019 National day (Cirque du Soleil). Finally, since 2019 he has been collaborating with Créos to create interactive outdoor works that are presented around the world.

His talent has been celebrated many times, with multiple nominations for
his work on theatre productions Antarktikos, Cheech, Everybody’s
WELLES pour tous, Tête première, Le Périmètre, and Coma Unplugged,
among others. His design for television has garnered further mention,
with his work on the shows Bye Bye 2012, Bye Bye 2015 and Gala Artis
2012 all earning Gemini Awards.
