Marilyne Cyr

Marilyne Cyr completed her performance training at the École supérieure de ballet du Québec in 2014. Since then, she has led a rich and diversified career, dancing with renowned companies such as RUBBERBAND, Les 7 Doigts de la main, Compagnie Marie Chouinard, Ballet Ouest de Montréal, Andrea Peña & Artists, Opéra de Québec and Ampleman Danse.

Curious and committed, she also takes part in numerous creation projects, collaborating with emerging choreographers in both stage and video dance, including Vanesa Garcia, Eva Kolarova, Geneviève Gagné, Kunal Ranchod, Kaitlyn Ramsden, Pauline Gervais, Olivia St-Jacques, Charles-Alexis Desgagnés, Nicholas Bellefleur-Bondu and Vanessa Brazeau.

Marilyne currently works with the companies PPS Danse, Sylvain Émard Danse, Rhodnie Désir Créations and Janie et Marcio. She works closely with choreographer Andrew Skeels, as a performer and assistant on several creations, notably for international commissions. These multiple experiences have led her to perform across Quebec, as well as in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, the United States, Serbia and Lithuania.
